Board meetings are held at least monthly during term time and as required. Dates for meetings are notified in the newsletter or obtained by contacting administration. Agendas are prepared on the Thursday prior to the meeting. Correspondence to the board is to be addressed to the Chairperson or Secretary via administration.

All parents and staff are encouraged to participate in P&F activities. It is a wonderful way to be introduced to the school community. The P&F raise valuable funds each year for much needed educational resources and are a great support for the teachers.
Dress Code Reminder
We request that staff and children wear practical clothing eg: sturdy shoes, a broad brim hat for all year round and plain coloured sun protective clothing that does not display advertising, negative images or words.
Tuckshop
The school endeavours to have a "tuckshop" lunch each Friday. This is co-ordiated by voluteer parents supported by the P&F and their contact details will appear in the newsletter along with menus each Thursday. The emphasis is on nutritious, wholesome food from our garden to the plate. Biodynamic and organic ingredients are used wherever possible. Helping hands are always required and appreciated.
